Mangroves, which grow along tropical costs around the world, establish the space between the land and the sea, protecting, feeding, nourishing, sustaining, and stabilizing.

The sculpture is situated in between material manipulation of the cumbersome industrial tie wire and the delicate touch the tentacles have on the surface where it rests.
